Shopping to Slim Your Waist and Wallet - Feb 10 Sales Ad

In this week's edition of Slim Your Waist and Wallet we are having steak! After all it is Valentine's Day weekend. From Market Street's sales ad, we are adding All Natural Top Sirloin Steak to our shopping basket. Now, before you gasp, top sirloin is a lean cut of beef with only 156 calories and <2 grams of saturated fat per 3 oz serving. Based on this week's sales ad, we are Living Well on ~$7/day. Breakfast:
2 Eggland's Best Large Eggs (FREE with your direct mailer coupon)
1/2 cup Tropicana Pure Premium Orange Juice
1 slice toast of choice (not in sales ad)

Lunch:
1 Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers
2 cups Dole Special Blend Salads
2 Tbsp Light Kraft Salad Dressing
1 cup Fresh Strawberries

Snack:
1 Pink Lady Apple
1 oz Kraft Cheese (this is 1/8 of the block of cheese or about 3-4 dice sized cubes)

Dinner:
3-4 oz All Natural Top Sirloin Steak
4-5 spears Fresh Green Asparagus
1 thick or 2 thin slices of Olive with Herb de Provance Artisan Bread (in bakery)

Total for all ingredients: $30.45
Cost for amount eaten in one day: $7.16
