This Week's Hidden Healthy Hit: Beacon Light Steamed Fish

I am always looking for quick and healthy meal solutions, especially for one. What if I said you could have a healthy dinner for yourself in under 10 minutes? And the only dirty dish would be the one you ate on?

  1. For lunch I usually have a handful of walnuts or almonds (raw, no salt), an apple and a glass of skim milk. Then 30 minutes later I am STARVING, ha, ha so I have a banana sandwich made with Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread (with just the tiniest bit of mayo)and a cup of green tea.
