Tuesday's Trade Up: Nuts (Last Part)

So, over the last month we've incrementally Traded Up in the nut category by exploring the NuVal scores. This week we take a final look with Planters Nut-rition Heart Healthy Mix.

Planters Nut-rition Heart Healthy Mix - Scientific evidence suggests   (but does not prove) that eating 1.5 ounces per day of most nuts -- such as almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios and walnuts -- as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol and not resulting in increased caloric intake, may reduce the risk of coronary disease.

This tasty combination gets a fantastic NuVal score of 71!
In my humble opinion, you get the best of all worlds. You get a high NuVal score on a can with a delicious variety of nuts.

Surprised by any of the scores? Did you think the Omega 3 would have scored the highest? Or the Antioxidant Mix?
