What's New: Baked Kale Chips



If you haven't heard Kale is the new vegetable of the year. Not sure how to use kale? Take a look at our video for an easy Baked Kale Chip recipe - lots of crunch, few calories and packed with nutrition.

Baked Kale Chips
Ingredients:
1-2 bunches of fresh kale
1-2 tablespoons of olive or canola oil (you can use spray olive oil to save time)
salt and pepper
seasoning (optional) - try flavors like ranch mix, barbecue rub, taco seasoning, Mrs. Dash, etc

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F
Wash and dry kale
Remove the thick center stem and tear leaves into bite sized pieces
Place kale on foil or parchment paper on an insulated cookie sheet
Brush or spray each piece of kale with oil
Sprinkle with salt, pepper or seasoning of choice
Bake for 10-15 minutes
Let cool and crunch away!
