What's New: Somersault Snacks


Want to twirl your taste buds?  Try Somersaults snacks, scrumptious little baked nuggets made from sunflower seeds as the number one ingredient.  A 1-ounce serving has:
•    140-150 calories (depends on variety)
•    3 grams fiber (good source)
•    6 grams protein (almost as much as in 1 egg or 1 ounce of meat)
•    8 grams fat (from seeds)

A healthy snack should have 150-200 calories, at least 3 grams fiber and 5 grams protein, and no more than 12 grams fat.  Somersaults fit perfectly into these guidelines, while providing a filling, tasty, and crunchy snack you’re craving!  They are sold in 6-ounce and 2-ounce packages and come in four varieties:  Salty Pepper, Dutch Cocoa, Pacific Sea Salt, and Santa Fe Salsa.
