Dietitian's Top Pick: Gluten Free Cafe Veggie Noodle Soup



I have chosen the Gluten Free Cafe Veggie Noodle soup.  I love this soup and I keep some in my office at all times for days when I need a quick lunch.  It has lots of vegetables and noodles.  Great flavor.   I usually pair it with some Gluten Free crackers and fresh fruit.  This is also a great soup if you want to add some left over chicken too. It has a NuVal score of 44 making it one of the highest scoring soups, not just GF soups but all soups.
