Tuesday Trade Up: Dinner Rolls


Dinner rolls are a must have for the fall holidays! When shopping for them, remember to look at the NuVal score and trade up for a healthier product. Trading up to whole wheat rolls will help you get more fiber per serving when compared to the regular rolls. Fiber helps us feel full quicker and stay full longer.
