Dietitian's Top Pick: Certified Angus Beef Top Round Roast)

It is finally getting chilly outside, which means crock pot meal time! I absolutely LOVE my slow cooker and I love getting home in the evening and dinner being ready. Our most recent crock pot meal has been roast with carrots, onions, and fingerling potatoes. Beef roast is a fantastic source of lean protein and our Certified Angus Beef (CAB) Top Round Roast is my favorite! Not only is beef roast a good source of lean protein, it is also a great source of vitamins and minerals like B12 and iron. Crock pot meals like roast with veggies and potatoes make a well-rounded meal the whole family can enjoy! Try this easy recipe below for your next family meal.
