Dietitian's Top Pick - Bare Fruit Granny Smith Apple

Getting lean in 2013! Lets start off on the right foot with healthy, low calorie snacking. These apple chips are far from what I grew up with eating. I became quite familiar with the apple chips that were covered in sugar and ended up being more of a candy then "healthy chip." These on the other hand are bake-dried with absolutely no additives or preservatives. These Washington state apples are 100% organic and fat free. Plus a 1/2 cup serving is only 90 calories with 4 grams of fiber. To top it all off, check out the impressive NuVal score of 91, not too shabby, eh? Like I said, lets start off going in the right direction - clear out the Doritos, Cheetoh's and anything else covered in artificial mystery flavors and get crunching on something worth your money and calories!
