Trade Up Tuesday: Tomatoes



This week's trade up is simple! A 'no salt' added version of a canned organic diced tomato. This trade up has 275mg less than the original canned tomatoes. It is one of my (Jennifer) favorites for homemade salsa or in a shrimp pasta saute. Since we have been discussing heart health this month, I wanted to share this simple trade up with our loyal followers. A lower sodium diet can help lower your blood pressure and help prevent stroke and heart attack. Look for other low sodium ways to trade up for your heart health the next time your at Market Street!
