Dietitian's Top Pick: Amy's Black Bean Vegetable Soup

Ingredients: (Vegan) Organic black beans, filtered water, organic onions, organic carrots, organic corn, organic potatoes, organic celery, organic leeks, spices, organic cilantro, sea salt, organic garlic, organic high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, organic black pepper.

I love that I know and recognize every single ingredient. No mystery or franken-foods in this! On Amy's website, they also promote this soup as gluten free, dairy/lactose free, soy free, no cholesterol, tree nut free, low fat, vegan and kosher. It's also USDA organic. Wow! That's a soup that could please a lot of people.
