Dietitian's Top Pick: Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt

I'm (Alicia) so excited for today's Dietitian's Top Pick. All the dietitians at Market Street love Fage Greek Yogurt 0%. One of the reasons we like it so much is all the protein. In fact, on our Easy Diabetes shopping tours (DFW or West Texas), we point out Greek yogurts, like Fage (pronounced Fay-yeh) because it has so little carbs compared to the protein. Remember, to balance your blood sugars, aim to always eat your carbs with some protein. Other yogurts often only have 5 or 7 grams of protein. Fage has 18 grams!

With a NuVal score of 94, this is one of the highest scoring yogurts on the shelf and why we picked it as a Dietitian's Top Pick.
