Special: Mediterranean Diet Meal Plan


For the last two Mondays we've explored the benefits of eating a Mediterranean Diet and how to choose an olive oil. Today we put all the pieces together and provide a week's worth of Mediterranean Meals. Take a sneak peek.

Breakfast:
2-Egg White Omelet with ½ cup fresh spinach, mushrooms, diced tomatoes
1 Grapefruit

Lunch:
Shredded Chicken wrap
Whole grain tortilla, lettuce leaves, chopped peppers, tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil

Dinner:
Pork tenderloin
Black Beans (low sodium)
Steamed veggies
1 orange

Snack:
20 Almonds
20 Grapes
