Trade Up Tuesday: Gluten Free Cookies


 
This week for Trade Up Tuesday we focus on gluten free items because May is Celiac Awareneess Month. Here's an example of a gluten free dessert that can be more nutritious than we would expect.  Let's take a look at the nutrition facts (and NuVal scores) of each product to compare the differences.

The Lucy's cookies product has less total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and more fiber and protein per serving.
