Trade Up Tuesday: Lemon Lime Soda

For those who drink soda we have a great Trade Up for you today. You can keep your same lemon lime flavor but save yourself 140 calories and 38 grams of sugar by making a switch to Zevia Lime Cola. Zevia is one of the first sodas to use stevia instead of aspartame, sucralose or saccharin as a sweetener. Stevia is a sweetener, 200 times sweeter than sugar, that comes from a plant in South America. Look for Zevia on the soda aisle, specifically on the copper shelves.
