Trade Up Tuesday: Rice



When it's time for dinner, rice is a great option for the grain portion of your meal. While conveniece products are time saving sometimes nutrition is sacrified. Take a look at today's trade up. It might be worth it to spend a little bit more time to get better nutrition.
