Dietitian's Top Pick: Bite Sized Shredded Wheat Cereal

Let’s be honest, cereal is probably the easiest meal ever. With the hundreds of options to choose from, it can be hard to know which one gives us the most nutrients without compromising taste. So, today’s Dietitian’s Top Pick is Food Club Bite Sized Shredded Wheat Cereal.

I was personally surprised with the nutritional content of this cereal earning a NuVal score of 91. It contains 6g of fiber & 6 g of protein, no sugar, no saturated or trans fats, and no sodium. My favorite part is that it has over 10 vitamins and minerals. Also, its ingredient list is squeaky clean with 100% whole grain wheat being the only food listed.
