Dietitian's Top Pick: Frozen Sweet Potatoes

Today’s Dietitian’s Top Pick spotlight goes to Stahlbush Diced Sweet Potatoes.  These are the main reasons why sweet potatoes are one of my favorite, go-to vegetables:

- They are packed with nutrition: vitamin A, C, calcium, potassium and iron.
- You can eat them with any meal: breakfast hash, sweet potato soup, or sweet potato chili. The possibilities are endless.
- You can prepare them in many different ways: oven- roasted, mashed, grilled, baked. They can also be sweet, spicy or salty.

They are also colorful and satisfy my sweet tooth. As you can tell by now, there is nothing but goodness about sweet potatoes! But it gets better, you can buy them frozen. Stahlbush Diced Sweet Potatoes are convenient & nutritious earning an impressive NuVal score of 96!
