Trade Up from Lance Toasty Crackers with real peanut butter to Honey Maid Grahamfuls!

Looking for something healthier to feed the kids after school?  Need something filling, that they will actually eat?  Honey Maid Grahamfuls score much higher on the NuVal  scoring system than the Lance’s similar product.  The peanut butter will provide some good protein to keep them full until dinner too!

Ingredients:  Graham Flour (whole grain wheat flour), roasted peanuts, sugar, soybean oil, wheat starch, honey, calcium carbonate, corn syrup solids, malt syrup (from corn and barley), molasses,  rapeseed oil and or cottonseed oil, salt, leavening (baking soda and or calcium phosphate), peanut oil, cornstarch, natural flavor.

The HoneyMaid Grahamfuls get a much better NuVal score because they have fewer calories and fat.  Total fat is 3 grams lower and saturated fat is 1 gram lower in the HoneyMaid version.  The sodium is nearly half in the HoneyMaid version and you save 6 grams carbohydrates.
