Trade Up Tuesday: Steak with Mac and Cheese





Now that school is in full swing, things are a little rushed at our (Jennifer's) house in the morning. We really like to pack our lunches because it helps us eat out less and save some money. The only challenge here is that it takes some planning and sometimes can be hard if I am running late. To prevent eating out on the days I do not have time to pack a healthy lunch, I keep several Lean Cuisine frozen meals on hand. These can be a yummy choice when packing a healthy lunch that doesn’t take any planning. The key here is to use NuVal of course to trade up and choose the healthiest of the frozen meals.
