Trade Up Tuesday: Orange Juice vs Orange Drink

Simply Orange is one of my (Jennifer) favorite OJs out there! I love the fresh taste and I am always looking for ways to get in more calcium and vitamin D! I usually have about 4-6oz of this juice every morning with my breakfast. Since I am currently pregnant it has been even more important for me to get enough calcium and vitamin D in my diet. Choosing Simply Orange with added Calcium and Vitamin D is an easy trade up that ensures I get the most nutrition bang for my dollar! Another benefit for drinking this OJ in the morning is that it provides a great source of Vitamin C which is not only great for your skin and hair but can also help you absorb iron, necessary for making hemoglobin the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen to other cells in the body . This OJ is 100% juice with no added preservatives or water when compared to Sunny D, which is an “orange flavored juice drink” with more added sugar, water, and other ingredients. See the nutrition facts and ingredients below to see why Simply Orange is simple Trade Up for better health!
