Trade Up Tuesday: Heart Healthy Grains


As we close out Heart Health month we hope we've given you some fresh ideas for making your diet more heart healthy. For our last Trade Up Tuesday in Heart Health Month we look at grains. We hear a lot about including more grains but it can be overwhelming trying to decide what new grain to eat and then how to even begin cooking it.

Near East provides a great solution for offering up whole grains that are easy to prepare. For our Trade Up today we look at Garlic and Herb Rice Pilaf and Roasted Pecan and Garlic Whole Grain Blends. You can make a simple Trade Up in nutrition by selecting the Whole Grain Blend variety.
