Dietitian's Top Pick: Amy's Rice and Bean Burrito


One of my (Alicia's) favorite quick lunch or dinner solutions is Amy's Organic Beans and Rice Burrito. When you pick it up you may ask yourself "is this going to fill me up?" But I can assure you with the 8 grams of fiber and 10 grams of vegetarian protein, you will be full. Occasionally for dinner I'll add a salad or even a handful of tortilla chips for some extra crunch. It makes our Dietitian's Top Pick list because it receives one of the highest NuVal scores in our frozen meals section. Remember the higher the NuVal score the better the nutrition!
