GF Frozen Greek Yogurt Pie Made with a Dietitian's Top Pick: Yoplait Greek 100 Calorie Yogurt Mixed Berry


As we celebrate Celiac Awareness Month we want to make sure you are familiar with many of our gluten free products, and especially those with higher NuVal scores. Today's Dietitian's Top Pick is gluten free and receives one of the higher NuVal scores in the yogurt category. This yogurt tastes good enough to eat but we wanted to share one of our favorite, easy-to-make, light and fluffy desserts: Frozen Greek Yogurt Pie (see recipe below).

Gluten Free Frozen Greek Yogurt Pie

Ingredients
1 tub (8 oz.) Tru Whip Whipped Topping, thawed (you can also use Cool Whip)
2 containers (6 oz. each) Yoplait Greek 100 calorie yogurt Mixed Berry
1 Wholly Wholesome GF pie crust or GF Graham Cracker Crust
1-1/4 cups  fresh mixed berries



Directions

Combine whipped topping with yogurt in medium bowl; stir until well blended.


Spoon into crust.



Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly.

Top with mixed berries just before serving. Store leftovers in freezer.
