Trade Up Tuesday: Cereals

Choosing a healthier cereal for your children can be a huge battle. Use NuVal scores to help win the battle.    Enlist your child to help.  Ask him/her to chose a cereal with a NuVal score higher than 25. Letting them be part of the choice can be helpful in getting then to eat a better cereal!   Below is an example of trading up from one cereal to another cereal with a higher score, but similar taste profiles.  Have fun exploring!
