Trade Up Tuesday: Franks

Hot dogs are associated with America’s past time, barbequing, and summer holidays like 4th of July! With all the beans, potato salad, mayonnaise, and chips, hot dogs are among the least healthy options during these events. Choosing a lower fat and lower sodium option increases the NuVal score! Try the Turkey Franks instead of the Beef Franks without sacrificing flavor!
