Trade Up Tuesday: Mayo


 
With summer, comes barbeques! One ingredient that becomes a fan favorite during the summertime and barbeques is mayonnaise. Mayo can be used in side dishes like potato salad and deviled eggs and to top off burgers and sandwiches. This week’s Trade Up Tuesday provides a healthier alternative to traditional mayo, by cutting calories and taking out some of the “bad” fat and adding back in some “good” fat.
By making this simple and easy trade, you can save 55 calories (60% fewer calories), 7 grams of fat (70% fewer grams), and completely eliminate saturated fat!
