Jalapeno Popper Meatballs

Jalapeno Popper Meatballs

1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
1 8 ounce tub reduced fat cream cheese
2 egg whites
3 jalapenos, seeded and diced
3 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup 2% sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1.  Preheat Oven to 425.
2.  Combine cream cheese and jalapenos, garlic, bacon and spices and mix until well combined. Add egg whites and bread crumbs and mix together.  Add the turkey and mix until combined.
3.  Scoop 1 rounded tablespoon of meat mixture and roll it into a ball and place on a prepared baking sheet.  Place meatballs 1 inch apart.  Bake 14-15 minutes or until completely cooked.
